Built around healthcare experience
AI, digital health, virtual care and new ways of working are changing healthcare. But you are not starting from zero. Your experience of patients, communities, services, workflows, education, research and care is professional capital. The Academy helps you build new capability around what you already know, rather than asking you to abandon it.

Why we built this
This Academy did not begin with a list of AI courses. It grew from listening to nurses, midwives and healthcare professionals, delivering pilots, studying their experiences and observing what happened after training. The evidence pointed to a bigger challenge: people did not only need courses. They also needed practice, proof, clearer direction and meaningful ways to use what they were learning.
Responsible AI
We teach people not only how to use AI, but how to question outputs, check evidence and recognise where professional judgement, governance and human accountability still matter.
Access
Through Project 100 and future access partnerships, the Academy is working to expand sponsored and supported learning opportunities. When places are available, eligibility and application details will be made clear.
Community
Ask questions. Share work. Get feedback. Meet collaborators, mentors and healthcare professionals building alongside you.
